. Conducting training sessions on new products or equipment that have been added to the store's offerings
. Ensuring that the bakery meets all health codes and regulations regarding food preparation and storage
. Training franchisees on proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
. Planning menus for special events or catering services that are offered at the bakery
. Planning, Preparing and Conducting baking classes with Partner companies
. Provide support and advice related to store management and central kitchen operations.
. Production of dough and bread
