This is a cross-functional skills stack role in a growth-stage small team — please read carefully before applying!
We're looking for an experienced AI-savvy team player to scale our real estate brand and AI-fy workflows. Breadth across skills and depth in some key skills needed. You'll work directly with the founder/BD teammate to strategise and execute a cohesive presence that speaks to the clientele we serve.
Best suited for someone who thrives under responsibility, takes initiative, and understands the importance of precision and follow-through esp. when noone is watching:-
1) What You'll Do (not exhaustive):
- Evolve/mintain the brand's voice, tone, visual identity, and positioning
- Ensure consistency in comms across all platforms—social, website, decks, listings, and marketing assets
- Translate the founder's vision into cohesive brand direction
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram/FB, TikTok, YouTube & EDMs
- Write captions, headlines, and scripts with sharp, on-brand tone
- Design visuals using Canva or Adobe, and produce short-form content via video production tools (including using AI)
- Film content when needed (e.g. BTS, reels, market updates)
- Ideate and launch marketing campaigns—organic and paid
- Track and improve campaign performance (leads, engagement, reach)
- Set up and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns
- Mostly done inhouse but on occassion, liaise with freelancers or vendors (designers, video editors, photographers)
- Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards
- Coordinate events, brand activations, or collaborations (when relevant)
- Manage CRM/email workflows (e.g. Mailchimp, Google Forms, HubSpot)
- Upload and update visual decks
- Handle marketing/branding/socials etc. admin/ops as needed
2) Ideal Candidate:
- Sees themselves as an A-team player, keen to be part of a fast paced, high-performing team
- 4 years or more of experience in branding/marketing, preferably in lifestyle, finance, or data/content-driven industries ; Real-estate history is a bonus
- Sharp copywriting and content instincts—comfortable scripting, filming and editing content yourself effectively
- Design-savvy: knows what looks good, modern, and high-end (canva is only the basics...) and can create
- Hands-on, self-driven, and organised—you're a doer who can juggle multiple moving parts
- Comfortable with IG/TikTok/YouTube platforms and editing tools like CapCut/InShot
- SEO, web editing (e.g., Wix/WordPress), paid ads setup, or event coordination, including CRM oversight as we are a startup
- Videotaking and editting skills
3) Commitment:
Minimally 5 to 5.5 days a week ; Mainly WFO, with some WFH ; May need to work on some PHs - If you have flexbility on your end, do apply, we can discuss
