Responsibilities And Requirements:

  • Lead the integration of fresh ideas and fact-based knowledge into creative and strategic development processes.
  • Develop and refine compelling creative briefs that inspire impactful work.
  • Identify core brand tensions, articulate powerful propositions, and define clear strategic positionings.
  • Critically analyze and provide insightful, constructive responses to creative work.
  • Contribute to comprehensive communications planning, including identifying effective roles for various communication channels.
  • Actively broaden your skills and agency impact through participation in key projects such as EFFIE submissions and new business pitches.

About You:

  • Proven ability to summarize key findings, unearth actionable insights from data (e.g., GWI, SimilarWeb, client-specific quantitative data), and interpret trends to build rigorous, evidence-based arguments, moving beyond mere data presentation.
  • Competence in writing discussion guides, conducting basic interviews, summarizing findings, and editing video clips to add depth and flavor to strategic narratives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing and mastering syndicated research tools and platforms (e.g., Kantar, Euromonitor, Forrester) for robust third-party analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and interpret relevant market and cultural trends impacting brands.
  • Experience in analyzing competitive positioning and advertising strategies to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Expertise in developing detailed target audience profiles and crafting realistic, data-driven personas.
  • Competence in creating insightful customer journeys informed by comprehensive data analysis.
