What to expect
As our Brand Marketing intern, you will be working on some of Japan's well-loved brands such as Laundrin, Bifesta and many more.
Under the guidance of experienced marketers, you will get to understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) industry, and be introduced to the world of digital and trade marketing. Aside from being involved in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, you will also play a key role in ensuring that the daily operations within the marketing teams runs smoothly.

What you will be doing
Social Media Management
. Plan, create and manage brands social media calendars for postings on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Lemon8
. Develop and design digital marketing materials (i.e. EDM, Social Media Ads, Website Blog Posts etc.)
. Monitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas
PR and Campaign Management
. Curate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)list for PR seedings and manage logistical arrangements
. Develop content briefs for paid engagements/sponsored posts
. Work with design agencies or freelancers to create high-impact campaign visuals
. Assist with below the line activities such as brand in-store activations, workshops, events
Trade Marketing
. Conceptualize and create brief for visually impactful designs for in-store displays
. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out in-store displays
. Provide support for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility
Product Launch Preparation
. Manage process for creation of new product labels
. Prepare e-listing documents and product thumbnails for eCommerce
Others
. Conduct market research and prepare monthly competitor and trend reports to understand consumer trends and the retail landscape
. Support the team in daily operational tasks and maintain tidiness of brand cupboards
. Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who we are looking for
. Able to work on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 4 days per week) from May to December2026
. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree related to marketing or communications
. Strong interest in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
. Proficient in graphics and video creation software (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut)
. Has prior experience or enjoys producing short-form video content
. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics
. Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with capacity to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
. A motivated team player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently
