Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define core brand values and positioning strategies
  • Develop and maintain Brand Visual Identity (VI) guidelines and Tone of Voice to ensure a highly consistent and professional brand image across all borders and channels
  • Build and continuously iterate the brand's content asset library
  • Lead the creation of standardized Pitch Decks, One-pagers, website copy and Customer Success Stories (Case Studies), significantly enhancing the professional look and feel of our client-facing materials
  • Spearhead the planning and writing of high-value brand contentincluding quarterly industry whitepapers, executive insight articles, media interview drafts and key talking points for executive speeches
  • Support content distribution and publication across overseas media and channels
  • Continuously track trends in the APAC pan-financial and securities sectors
  • Develop and maintain structured Competitive Battlecards to provide strategic ammunition for marketing campaigns and front-line sales enablement
  • Drive omnichannel communication via the official website, PR media and overseas social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to ensure continuous brand exposure and establish the company's Thought Leadership in the industry
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand management and content marketing, candidates with a strong background in B2B Tech, SaaS, or FinTech are highly preferred
  • Proven track record in brand positioning and building cross-market brand frameworks
  • Excellent copywriting skills and strong commercial logic, with hands-on experience in producing in-depth business reports or industry white papers
  • Familiarity with the business models of FinTech and brokerage solutions
  • Experience in international operations and the Southeast Asian market is a strong plus
  • Ability to independently draft and meticulously proofread English business proposals and PR materials
  • A global mindset with a deep understanding of the financial and tech-expansion (go-global) ecosystem in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia (e.g., Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand)
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with local overseas vendors (such as PR agencies and event/exhibition organizers) is highly advantageous
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
