HipVan, a leading home & living e-commerce company, is looking for an experienced and driven Business Innovation Director. Brand Innovation Director is responsible for the delivery of key commercial targets that include P&L and market share objectives. This role is responsible for developing brand growth strategies, launching key innovation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, and day-to-day operations of the business. The candidate has a strong and proven track record in B2C e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Develops, leads, and executes brand growth strategies
- Monitors progress and provide proactive recommendations
- Ensures smooth operation of the day-to-day functions of the brand, including ROI measurement, budget management, and SKU management.
- Develops disruptive creative campaigns to be executed across multiple touchpoints, but especially digital touch points
- Provides strategic input to the overall short and long-term new product development agenda.
- Leads cross-functional brand teams to prioritize projects and resources to deliver against KPIs and goals.
- A self-starter that can work through uncertainty to make business decisions and recommendations.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in B2C E-commerce
- Proven record of driving growth in B2C e-commerce
- Demonstrated project and product management expertise
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate solid leadership qualities
