We are partnering with a globally established design and implementation consultancy specializing in delivering high-impact branded environments across retail, hospitality, and corporate spaces. With a strong international foundation, they are now strengthening their presence in Asia and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on luxury retail brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across SEA, focusing on securing large, strategic clients in the luxury retail and premium brand space
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with C-suite, regional GMs, marketing leaders, retail directors, and procurement decision-makers
- Lead the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management, pitch development, proposals, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal design, delivery, and program teams to ensure commercial alignment and high-quality client engagement
- Represent the firm at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings regionally
Required Experience & Profile
- Minimum 2 years proven success in a business development / sales / hunter role, ideally within luxury retail, brand experience, design/fit-out, environments, brand implementation, or related sectors
- Demonstrated track record of winning and growing regional or multinational clients
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders, with strong presentation, storytelling, and commercial negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a growth environment proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Willing to travel at least 25% across Southeast Asia (and potentially more depending on business needs)
