Merries Employment LLP is seeking a proactive and resourceful Brand Executive to support the company's branding, marketing and communications efforts. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening the company's brand presence, promoting its services effectively, and supporting business growth through consistent and professional marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of branding, marketing and communication initiatives for the company.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Prepare, coordinate and publish content for the company's website, social media platforms, email marketing, job portals and other relevant channels.
- Draft clear, engaging and professional marketing materials, including service descriptions, company profiles, brochures, social media captions, promotional write-ups and corporate communications.
- Assist in promoting the company's recruitment, manpower, work pass and related business services through appropriate branding and marketing activities.
- Ensure that all brand visuals, messages and communications are aligned with the company's business objectives and professional standards.
- Work closely with management and internal stakeholders to develop presentations, proposals, marketing collaterals and other business development materials.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities and customer engagement to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and marketing improvement.
- Liaise and coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, media partners or service providers in relation to branding and marketing projects, where required.
- Support the planning and execution of events, networking sessions, recruitment fairs, promotional activities and other outreach initiatives organised or attended by the company.
- Track and report on marketing activities, campaign performance and brand visibility, and provide recommendations for improvement where appropriate.
- Attend to general marketing-related enquiries and support follow-up communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Undertake any other related duties, responsibilities or projects as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in branding, marketing, communications, recruitment marketing or a related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to prepare marketing and corporate communication materials effectively.
- Good attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Internet savvy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with major social media platforms and basic digital marketing practices.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients, candidates, vendors and business partners.
