Role Overview
Venus is looking for a motion-first, 3D-savvy designer to bring our brand, products, and campaigns to life. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in motion, understands crypto culture intuitively, and can turn complex DeFi concepts into visually compelling stories.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics and short-form animations for X, video ads, website, and product launches
- Create 3D visuals (renders, animations, loops) for campaigns, product explainers, and brand assets
- Translate DeFi and protocol mechanics into clear, engaging visual narratives
- Collaborate closely with marketing, BD, and product teams on launches and ongoing campaigns
- Maintain and evolve Venus visual language across motion and 3D
- Rapidly iterate on concepts, adapting visuals to trends and feedback in crypto social media
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and/or 3D design (crypto or tech preferred)
- Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D / Blender, and related plugins/workflows
- Crypto-native mindset: you actively follow DeFi, understand on-chain products, and know crypto meme & visual culture
- Ability to balance brand consistency with experimentation and speed
- Comfortable working async in a fast-moving, globally distributed team
- Bonus: experience with product UI motion, generative visuals, or interactive 3D
