Job Description

Job Summary
Brand Communications Manager develops and executes strategies to communicate THW brand's identity, values, and offerings. Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touch points. Responsible for managing media relations, creating marketing materials, and aligning communication efforts with overall business goals. He/ she will also drive analysis of marketing and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies, initiatives, campaigns, including messaging frameworks and communication plans.
  • Develop global content materials, and review markets communication materials such as press releases, speeches, website content, and social media posts. Lead key message planning and develop creative and compelling stories across various platforms, including traditional and social media for both internal and external audience.
  • Assist in managing external / media relations with media outlets, handle press inquiries and secure positive media coverage. Identify and mitigate potential reputational risks in collaboration with all functions with regards to branding and product.
  • Brand materials governance. Lead updates of brand book, brand guidelines, global brand resources for markets. Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all communication channels.
  • Assist in managing and allocating communications budget effectively - both globally and at market level
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and support ongoing optimization.
  • Manage all aspects of global event planning and marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, including budget management, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Conduct market trends analysis. Understand and propose new communications tactics according to changes in market / industry / consumer / competitor areas

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies against company goals and evolving customer needs / behaviors.
  • Ability to analyze data and track the effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Creative. Ability to develop innovative and engaging communication content that resonates with global audience.

Preferred experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Solid experience in brand communication, marketing, or public relations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, markets, and external agencies
  • Experience working in FMCG / consumer brands / F&B in marketing communication teams
