Job Description

At Young Hungry Free, Brand & Communications is where storytelling shapes how the brand is seen, felt, and experienced.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in building a strong, consistent brand narrative and knows how to translate ideas into compelling, cohesive storytelling. Someone who understands both the creative and commercial side of branding, and enjoys seeing their work come to life across digital and physical spaces.

In this role, you will lead and safeguard the Young Hungry Free brand narrative through thematic campaigns, content, PR, and communications. You'll ensure a consistent brand expression while driving storytelling that supports commercial objectives. You will also take ownership of organic community growth, managing KOL partnerships end-to-end and overseeing social media scheduling to keep the brand active, relevant, and engaging.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand & Campaign

  • Champion thematic (seasonal, launch, collaboration) campaigns across digital and physical platforms
  • Translate brand strategy into campaign narratives, key messages, and visual direction
  • Act as brand guardian across all B2B and B2C touchpoints

Content & Copywriting

  • Ownership of all channels and platforms including but not limited to website, social media, EDMs, PR materials, and partnerships
  • Social Media Scheduling: Manage the day-to-day content calendar, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to ensure consistent organic visibility
  • Collaborate with designers and creatives on campaign assets
  • Support performance and CRM initiatives with brand-aligned content

KOL & Ambassador Management

  • Execute end-to-end KOL seeding, ambassador programs, and influencer relationships
  • Manage the community of creators to generate high-quality User Generated Content (uGC) that aligns with YHF's aesthetic
  • Manage influencer communications, ensuring organic reach and brand fit (alongside the Performance Marketing Team / Executive)

PR & Earned Media

  • Manage PR outreach, media relations, and brand storytelling
  • Coordinate product seeding with PR relevance
  • Track and report earned media impact

Physical Activations & Events

  • Plan and execute pop-ups, launches, and brand events
  • Manage and report thematic campaign budgets, vendors, and analytics

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Report on all campaign effectiveness from a qualitative brand and creative perspective
  • Work closely with performance marketing, product, retail, operations, and customer service teams
  • Additional duties as necessary

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-2 years of proven digital marketing experience
  • Agency or e-commerce experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in events marketing and physical activations is a bonus
  • Strong copywriting skills, native understanding of social media platforms, end-to-end campaign management, and a sharp eye for visual aesthetics

LOCATION

  • This is an in-office position
  • 5-day work week from Monday to Fridays, 9am - 6pm
  • YHF HQ is location at Shriro House, 11 Chang Charn Rd
