Creative Growth Marketing Manager

TRULY ENAMOURED is one of Singapore's leading luxury bridal boutiques, representing some of the world's most sought-after bridal designers. We believe that choosing a wedding gown should be one of the most memorable experiences in a bride's journey.
As we grow regionally, we are looking for an exceptional Creative Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead our content and creative engine.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will be responsible for transforming customer insights into compelling stories, creating high-performing creative for both paid and organic channels, and building a luxury brand that brides aspire to experience long before they book an appointment.

Your Mission
Own the entire creative growth engine—from strategy and storytelling to campaign execution—creating content that builds desire, strengthens our luxury positioning and generates measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Consumer Insights
2. Campaign Ideation
Own the creative direction behind every campaign.
Develop:
Every campaign should have a clear story, purpose and measurable objective.
3. Content Strategy
Own the company's entire content strategy across:
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities and customer journey stages.
4. Creative Development
Be responsible for creating the ideas behind every piece of content.
This includes:
Ensure every video and campaign begins with a clear creative strategy before production.
5. Content Production
Lead and direct content production.
Coordinate and oversee:
Work closely with videographers, photographers, freelancers and external agencies to ensure premium execution.
Basic filming and editing skills are highly advantageous.
6. Paid Creative Strategy
Work alongside our performance marketing agency by supplying a continuous stream of high-quality creative assets.
Develop:
Review campaign performance and continuously optimise creative based on insights.
7. Organic Growth
Develop an organic content strategy that strengthens brand awareness and engagement.
Grow our presence through valuable, educational and inspiring content while maintaining a consistent luxury brand image.
8. Brand Storytelling
Protect and elevate the luxury positioning of the brand.

What We're Looking For
Experience
Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, hospitality or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
