The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that customers receive an exceptional service experience. The successful incumbent will be delivering a professional and prompt service to customers, fostering excitement and building trust that ultimately leads to customer satisfaction.

Adecco is partnering with a luxury car company that has more than 50 years of history. They are hiring a Customer Experience Executive to join their expanding team.

Customer Relations Executive | Luxury Car Brand | Up to $3400

Working Hours: 5-day workweek, 1 weekend and 1 weekday off

The Job:

• Greet customers and assist them on their needs in a prompt and timely manner
• Provide customers with information on company products and services
• Assist in the promotion and sales of the company Products and Services
• Ensure the accurate collection and recording of customer information and inquiries in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

The Talent:

• Front-facing experience in automobile, hospitality, luxury retail, or airline industry is preferred
• A team player with excellent communication skills to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Energetic and have great attitude towards customers
• A consummate understanding of luxury and customer service
• Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays
