Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global brand advertising strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and user mindshare on a global scale.
  • Plan and manage the overall brand-oriented advertising channels, including but not limited to Google, Meta, YouTube, Twitter (X), DSP, and various brand exposure channels, building an efficient global delivery matrix.
  • Formulate and continuously optimize brand communication strategies and delivery structures, balancing brand exposure, user cognition, and conversion effects to achieve dual improvement of brand value and business objectives.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to evaluate brand advertising performance, continuously monitor, analyze and optimize ad performance based on core indicators such as impressions, CTR, brand search volume, and conversion efficiency.
  • Deeply understand the brand advertising mechanisms and review rules of various ad platforms to ensure compliant and stable ad launch, while improving the communication penetration of brand content.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams and country markets to develop localized brand communication strategies, focus on breaking through core markets, and enhance regional brand influence.
  • Coordinate with design, content, brand, public relations and data teams to continuously optimize ad materials and brand expression, ensuring the consistency of the global brand image and maximizing communication effects.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor dynamics, output professional brand insights and strategic recommendations, continuously iterate brand strategies, and enhance the company's core brand competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in brand advertising, brand marketing or integrated marketing, with priority given to candidates with experience in the Internet or technology industry.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Fintech or digital technology, who are familiar with the industry media ecosystem and brand communication logic.
  • Proficient in the characteristics of mainstream advertising channels, including social media, video platforms, DSP and various brand exposure resources, with the ability to integrate and optimize channels.
  • Skilled in brand advertising strategies, delivery techniques and optimization methods on mainstream platforms such as Google, Meta and YouTube, and able to independently complete the entire delivery process management.
  • Have an understanding of the combination of brand communication and effect conversion, and be able to find the optimal balance between brand exposure, user cognition and business conversion.
  • Strong data analysis ability, proficient in using data analysis tools, able to evaluate brand advertising performance based on data insights and output implementable optimization strategies.
  • Good aesthetic literacy and content judgment ability, able to put forward professional optimization suggestions on ad materials, brand visuals and copy expression, in line with the brand tone.
  • Excellent cross-team communication, collaboration and project promotion ability, able to efficiently coordinate resources in multi-team collaboration scenarios and promote the landing of brand projects.
  • Strong execution and independent work ability, able to proactively promote work in complex environments, respond to various unexpected problems, and ensure that projects achieve expected goals.
  • Strong interest in digital technology and blockchain, willing to continuously pay attention to industry trends, take the initiative to learn new knowledge and skills, and adapt to the fast-paced development of the industry.
