TCM Branch Sales Manager
The TCM Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic or branch, focusing on patient care, business performance, and team management. This role requires leadership skills, sales focus, and the ability to promote TCM services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage one or more outlets and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
. Increase in Sales & Revenue Growth , Improve patient retention and patient acquisition.
. Lead and motivate consultants, beauticians, and therapists , physicians to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
. Maintain branch cleanliness, service quality, and operational standards.
. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
. Plan and execute promotions, seasonal offers, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
. Organize in-clinic activities such as trial treatments, health talks, or product sampling to boost sales.
. Monitor sales performance and implement incentive programs to drive results.
. Manage the daily operations of one or more clinic branches and ensure smooth clinic operations.

. Strong leadership and communication skills.
. Ability to identify marketing opportunities and create effective promotions.
. Focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
. Basic knowledge of TCM practices is a bonus.
Salary Range (Mandatory):
$3500- $4500 + Attractive Commission + Bonus (Total income: $5000-$10000)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience
Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and physicians
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Energetic, sales driven, self-motivated & independent
Candidate possessing a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Traditional Chinese medicine / Healthcare Management
Preferably Managers specializing in Aesthetic / Beauty / SPA / TCM Service or equivalent.
Have operations and sales management experience
