Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our SINGAPORE branch, responsible for driving sales performance and branch growth. Daily responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, setting and tracking sales targets, and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve revenue goals. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, planning promotional activities, and building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. The Branch Sales Manager will collaborate with senior management to implement sales strategies, ensure adherence to company standards, and maintain a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience setting targets, tracking performance, and achieving revenue growth.
  • Branch or retail management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day operational oversight.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Basic financial and reporting skills, such as monitoring sales reports, managing budgets, and controlling branch-level costs.
  • Ability to plan and execute local marketing or promotional activities to support branch visibility and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to motivate diverse teams and work with management.
  • Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or salon environments is an advantage; interest in Ayurvedic or natural beauty concepts is beneficial.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
