Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and efficient counter service to customers, handling enquiries and daily banking transactions.
- Process teller transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals, fund transfers, cheque handling, and passbook services in accordance with bank policies.
- Perform due diligence checks and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization of all transactions.
- Process fixed deposit placements, withdrawals, and interest payments, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Support remittance operations including demand drafts, cashier's orders, and inward/outward transfers, ensuring proper verification and timely execution.
- Perform daily reconciliation and ensure all teller and remittance accounts are balanced at end of day.
- Prepare reports and support regulatory submissions, audits, and periodic checks.
- Participate in projects, system enhancements, and provide support to team members as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory) with at least 1 - 2 years experience in bank operation roles
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment
