Branch Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
. Establish relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service
. Provide professional advice and consultation for customers, managing customers needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
. Lead and guide therapists on the service and treatments to customers
. Oversee and be in charge of the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc
. In charge and running the outlet efficiently and effectively
. Handle customers complaints and feedback
. Motivate/build teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
. Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
. To assist in making cold calls to customers
. Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition . Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management
