  Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

• Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and support branch teams to achieve performance and productivity targets.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control.

• Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and increase brand awareness.

• Resolve customer feedback and operational issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Identify and pursue business growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an outlet/branch manager in beauty, spa, wellness, or hospitality.

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Knowledge of sales, marketing, or brand development is a plus.. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
