About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our new Singapore branch.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to grow with the company.
You will be working initially with a small team and will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and growth of the branch.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, ensuring orders are processed smoothly and on time.
Support and oversee a starting team of two florists, with the opportunity to expand the team as our sales increase.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate supply orders to prevent shortages.
Build relationships with local suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure product availability.
Collaborate with the Commercial Team to introduce new products and improve workflows.
What Were Looking For
Some experience in operations, retail, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred, but we welcome fast learners.
Ability to organize tasks, manage inventory, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable in a hands-on role, working closely with a small team.
Proficiency in English is required.

At least 2 years in operations management within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar sector. Experience in e-commerce, F&B production, or retail operations is a plus.
Proven ability to lead small teams, evaluate performance, and resolve conflicts.
Comfortable with a dual role that combines operational duties with team leadership.
Proficiency in English is required.
What We Offer
Salary S$ 3,300 4,600 per month
Bonus: performance-based of up to 2 months salary, tied to branch objectives.
Extra remuneration provided for public holiday work in accordance with Singapore law.
Standard annual leave (14 days).
