Job Description
Objective:
- Driving solution strategy and creating win themes mapped to client's business requirements
- Land & Grow existing accounts
- Should have a well-rounded understanding of Sales ,program management experience, industry trends, best practices and be able to secure existing business while driving plans to win additional business from the customer
- Creating solutions for proactive pitches and RFI/RFP responses
- Defining the overall solution approach and theme and decide on which Wipro internal organizations have to contribute
- Brief internal teams on the solution approach and manage the solution building process with various teams in Wipro
- Collect inputs from various teams and create complete solution description
- Collect Market intelligence on competition and use the same for solution definition
- Define strategy for deal structuring, create win themes and identify relevant artefacts to support in winning the deal.
- Interface with the BU account teams, Client Partners and client to present the benefits and value proposition of the solution
- Lead customer meetings to understand business context, BPO landscape, business and technical requirements
Key requirements and key responsibilities:
- Domain/Practice knowledge of the BPS industry is expected.
- Creation of large proactive deals, creating strategy, planning and roadmap. Proven track record in consulting, advising and solution selling. Lead range of RFP/RFI initiatives within the account.
- Excellent customer interface skills communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long term valued relationships with the client. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in the Telco communication / Network Equipment provider industry segments will be a plus
Skills
- Minimum of 10+ years selling/closing deals in BPO
- 5+ years of experience selling Services space in one of the following areas: BPO/BPAAS / Digital / CIS, Technology Strategy,. Expertise in DOP/BPS experience is preferred.
- Experience of handling sales of over 15Mn+
- Knowledge on South East Asia market isan advantage
