Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a BPO Sales Executive. The BPO Sales Executive will focus on generating and closing sales opportunities, identifying and targeting potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include providing tailored solutions to client needs, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and managing end-to-end sales processes.

Requirements

• Experience in BPO / logistics / forwarding
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and develop client relationships
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Analytical skills to understand client needs and market trends
• Proficiency MS Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
