adesso Singapore is building a regional hub for Business Automation, workflow and AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia.
As part of our growing international setup, you will work closely with clients, colleagues across Europe and our expanding adesso India delivery team on workflow, case management and process automation initiatives.
We are looking for hands-on professionals who enjoy combining business analysis, process thinking and functional solution delivery in a pragmatic and collaborative environment.
Your Role
We are looking for a hands-on and delivery-oriented BPM & Automation Consultant with at least 3 years of relevant experience to support digital process improvement and automation initiatives across different client environments.
You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements and support the implementation of workflow, case management and digital solutions.
The role combines business analysis, process modelling and functional solution delivery in close collaboration with architects, developers and project teams. Depending on the project, you may support both BPM and broader business analysis activities across different industries and client environments.
What You Will Do
- Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Analyse and document business processes and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, process models and solution concepts
- Create and maintain BPMN models and support case management modelling activities
- Support the implementation of workflow, BPM and digital process solutions
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers and project teams during delivery
- Support testing, UAT activities and go-live preparation
- Participate in client discussions and contribute to solution presentations
- Prepare functional documentation and implementation support materials
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives across projects
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in BPM, workflow automation, business analysis or related digital solution environments
- Experience working in implementation or delivery-focused project roles
- Experience with BPMN modelling and exposure to CMMN or case management concepts is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
- Practical and structured problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-growing environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience with platforms such as Flowable, Camunda, Appian, Pega or similar technologies
- Exposure to banking, insurance, public sector or enterprise environments
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
