Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

The brand is seeking someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a hands-on sales environment and is passionate about developing both clients and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of the boutique.
- Drive sales by actively engaging clients, developing new business opportunities and maximizing conversion.
- Champion clienteling initiatives and build long-term relationships with high-value customers through effective CRM strategies.
- Lead, coach and inspire the boutique team to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Develop action plans to increase traffic, improve productivity and grow repeat business.
- Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve results.
- Ensure the boutique consistently upholds the highest luxury service standards and brand image.
- Work closely with regional management to execute commercial and retail initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Assistant Boutique Manager or Store Manager within luxury or premium retail.
- Strong sales mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and exceed commercial targets.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills with experience building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM, clienteling and VIP relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient and proactive, with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in an environment where success comes from creating opportunities rather than relying solely on brand recognition or natural footfall.
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
