We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Boutique Manager to lead the boutique operations, inspire the retail team, and elevate the overall customer journey within a refined luxury environment.
Job Responsibilities

- Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve store goals
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and business continuity
- Ensure a personalized and memorable luxury shopping experience for all clients
- Coach, train, and develop team members in alignment with the company's service standards, business strategies, and sales objectives
- Represent and introduce the brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong product knowledge
- Maintain excellent boutique presentation, visual merchandising standards, and overall store image
- Handle operational matters, reporting, and any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, watches, or art galleries
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing boutique operations
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Service-oriented, responsible, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
