An established international luxury brand is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead its boutique operations in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of store operations and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a passion for retail excellence, and proven leadership experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive boutique performance by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage inventory proactively to optimise sales and maintain healthy stock levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and minimise losses.
- Build and develop client relationships, ensuring consistent service excellence and customer loyalty.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Uphold boutique operational standards including maintenance, housekeeping, and store condition.
- Communicate effectively with HQ, providing business updates and aligning with company objectives.
