Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the boutique is consistently maintained to the highest standards, delivering an exceptional client experience at all times.
- Uphold a culture of professionalism and respect, ensuring every visitor is treated in line with luxury retail standards.
- Drive client acquisition by leading the team to convert walk-in clients and proactively develop new clientele beyond the boutique.
- Champion the effective use of the boutique's client database to strengthen relationships and enhance sales opportunities.
- Initiate and execute marketing activities (e.g., client events, mailers, partnerships, and collaborations) to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and enforce company discount policies in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory coverage and control.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and ongoing training.
- Assess team capabilities and implement structured development plans to enhance overall performance.
Candidate Profile:
- 8 years of retail experience with at least 6 years at the supervisory level.
- Excellent customer relations management skills with a solid client base.
- Good knowledge of watches / high jewellery is a definite asset.
- Strong business sense of retail service, passion for retail operations.
- Good knowledge of computer applications.
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint & reporting.
- Sales-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
