Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage all visitors warmly, ensuring minimal waiting time while creating an exceptional boutique experience.
- Provide support to sales associates during client consultations and presentations, helping to deliver seamless service.
- Assist in daily boutique operations, including preparing the workspace, coordinating product handling, and supporting payment and checkout procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through boutique services (e.g., engraving, polishing, product care), ensuring every client receives a personalized luxury experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, actively participating in day-to-day boutique life and fostering positive team spirit.
- Uphold brand values and luxury service standards at all times, serving as an ambassador for the boutique.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service, luxury retail, or other relevant client-facing roles.
- Strong passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with a luxury brand image.
- High attention to detail, especially in handling products, displays, and boutique presentation.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
