Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare weekly accounts payable list
  • Conduct bank and sales reconciliations
  • File GST quarterly with IRAS
  • Submit GTO to the landlord monthly
  • Prepare reports, FRS116, and balance sheet schedules for year-end auditing and liaise with auditors.
  • Coordinate with the corporate secretary to prepare reports for ECI and corporate tax filing
  • Prepare monthly internal management reports
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with other accounting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of GST filing and IRAS requirements.
  • Familiarity with FRS 116 and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with bank and sales reconciliations, accounts payable, and year-end audits.
  • Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and balance sheet schedules.
