Bookkeeping Clerk

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeping Clerk to support daily office operations. This role involves high-volume, fast-paced data entry and administrative support, particularly in accounting and bookkeeping functions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, fast-paced data entry for accounting and bookkeeping
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Support basic HR and finance functions (e.g. claims processing, bookkeeping)
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- O Levels, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- 0-3 years of relevant administrative experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Ability to meet data entry performance targets (e.g. transaction processing volume per hour)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Experience with HR software (e.g. Talenox) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary
Entry-Level (Training Provided):
- SGD $1,600/month (3 days/week)
- SGD $1,800/month (4 days/week)
- SGD $2,000/month (5 days/week)
Includes structured training and onboarding, with a minimum service commitment period.
With Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
- SGD $2,100 - $2,700/month (commensurate with experience)
