We are an established Singapore company with over 15 years of operations and multiple retail showrooms. We are seeking a full-time, in-office accounting professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation matters, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with Singapore statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and showroom teams to support smooth financial operations across the organization.
Maintain accurate and timely accounting records for head office and multiple showrooms
Record daily financial transactions including expenses, sales, receipts, and payments
Perform bank, cash, and inter-branch reconciliations
Maintain general ledger and supporting schedules
Verify, record, and track company expenses
Ensure invoices, receipts, and claims are properly reviewed and documented
Maintain organized filing of accounting documents in accordance with statutory requirements
Record daily sales transactions and customer orders from showrooms
Issue invoices and monitor customer payments
Coordinate with showroom staff to resolve discrepancies in sales, collections, and returns
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee payroll records including salaries, allowances, overtime, and deductions
Calculate and submit CPF contributions and payroll-related statutory filings
Support HR with payroll reports and documentation
Prepare and submit GST returns (F5) in compliance with IRAS requirements
Ensure correct GST treatment for sales and purchases
Assist with Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Corporate Income Tax (Form C / C-S) preparation
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and IRAS when required
Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
Assist with year-end closing and audit preparation
Provide accounting support and analysis as required
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
Working knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and IRAS regulations
Experience supporting multiple outlets or branches preferred
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
Able to work independently and collaborate with internal stakeholders
