Job Description

• Provide foot and body reflexology treatments according to company standards
• Supervise and guide therapists to ensure consistent service quality
• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling and customer service
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of the workplace
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery
• Assist with stock checks, ordering of supplies, and basic administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in reflexology or body therapy
• Professional certification in massage/reflexology preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to supervise, train, and motivate staff
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
