Job Summary
Provide professional massage and body treatments tailored to client needs while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform massage and body treatments to promote client wellness and relaxation
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate body treatments to maximize treatment effectiveness
- Apply knowledge of TCM techniques such as cupping, scraping (GuaSha), and Tuina to enhance treatment outcomes
- Deliver professional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat visits
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere through a friendly and helpful attitude to create excellent guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms and facilities to meet hygiene standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma certification in relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant massage or body treatment experience preferred
- Effective communication skills preferred
- Good hygiene practices, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility preferred
Other Information
- Work schedule: 6 days a week, 10 am to 10 pm
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
