Responsibilities
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. The Risk team is responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the fraud risk framework including rule writing to ensure both users and monetary fund sources are legitimate, thus reducing fraud ,chargebacks and other malicious activities on the platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assessing and managing the risk of credit business, ensuring the safety and stability of the business.
2. Conduct risk assessment of credit business, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the results.
3. Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, and alert and handle exceptions.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of credit business risk management policies and processes.
5. Collaborate with business departments and other relevant departments to jointly control and reduce business risks.
6. Regularly submit risk assessment reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or other related disciplines;
2. More than 3 years of experience in credit risk management, with hands-on practice in risk management across areas such as consumer lending, cash loans, and supply chain finance;
3. Solid knowledge and skills in risk management, with familiarity in risk assessment and risk control methodologies and processes;
4. Strong data analysis and statistical capabilities, with proficiency in using risk management tools and software such as SQL and Python;
5. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with business teams and other relevant stakeholders;
Preferred Qualification(s):
1. Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time.
2. Experience in financial lending within the EU market.
