Job Responsibilities

. Perform site survey and propose the appropriate mix of products and installation methods to provide the most cost-effective solution.

. Identify Building management system replacement jobs to meet project requirements.

. Plan, handle testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.

. Development of program and graphics design for Building Automation projects.

. Analyse, inspects, and reviews implementation problems to meet customer demands.

.Feedback to development teams on product implementation and support issues for product improvement.

.Participate in product development and marketing workshops for enhancing business opportunities and growth.

.Create and maintain BMS documentation including Functional design and Software Test Documents.

Job Requirements

.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial System Engineering or relevant disciplines.

.At least 5-7 years experience in BMS, open bus protocol, control engineering, etc.

.Understanding of HVAC, Building Automation, Energy Management, or other control systems.

.Programming and troubleshooting knowledge of industry standard protocols such as BACnet, MODBUS and LON. PLC knowledge will be a plus.

.Ability to analyse building or industrial services plant and chilled-water plant operational data.

.Experience in automation control systems in various applications, including commercial buildings, industrial buildings, data centre, etc.

.Knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging live software systems.

.Strong technical implementation and management skills and able to apply both business and technical insights to the project assignment.

.Strong written and oral communication skills for customer interaction and report writing.

.Self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
