Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our Cleaning Team. This role is essential to maintaining the professional appearance and safety of our Client's high-traffic areas, specifically focusing on our lift lobbies and stairwells.

location : Pasir Panjang

Primary Responsibilities

Floor Maintenance: Perform regular sweeping and mopping of all lift lobbies and elevator interiors and passage way with correct detergent to ensure a spot-free, welcoming environment.

Stairwell Care: Sweep all emergency and service staircases wipe down and sanitize stair railings to maintain hygiene standards.

Toilet maintenance: Wash toilet, scrub floor replenish toilet rolls and handwash.

High-Level Cleaning: Perform routine cobweb clearing in corners, ceilings, and light fixtures within the assigned zones.

Safety Compliance: Ensure Wet Floor signage is used correctly and that all cleaning materials are stored safely after use.

Requirements & Physical Demands

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot dust, smudges, and debris both at high traffic area such as lifts and lobbies and in low-visibility areas (like stairwells).

Physical Stamina: This role requires significant walking, climbing stairs, and repetitive lifting/mopping motions.

Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to a strict cleaning schedule.
