Job Scope
- Manual decanting ofadditive, baseoil, rework product and finished product drums back to blender.
- Request and check thecorrect additives required for blending.
- Assists in of dischargin gof flushing oil & off-spec product from isotank to Flushing oil tank.
- Decanting of off-spec product from drum and IBC into finished product tank.
- Loading of VI bale on to the conveyor for transfer into blending tank.
- Collecting of finished product, baseoil and additive sample.
- Routine housekeeping of your work area.
- Assists in the additive isotank discharging - connecting of hoses to isotank, accessing to isotank tanktop to check tank internal.
- Assists in the heating ofthe additive isotank.
- Decant drum additives tominibulk tank.
- Assist other Operator to manual handling, weighing additives and manual intro into blending vessel.
- Assist other operator to arrange drum additives into drum oven for heating.
- Assist operator to do tank draining before starting new blend.
- Assist other operator toperform tank dipping (record data).
- Assist other operator to perform tank flushing activities.
- Tilting all additives drums after drum decanted empty by DDU unit.
- Assist other operator toperform physical stock count.
- Decanting of Marine flushfrom drum and IBC into Flushing oil tank.
- Any other general duties that is assigned by the Supervisors or Senior Operator
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 years of industrial working experience.
- Medically & Physically fit to perform manual physical work.
