Biotechnologist (Pharma MNC, good career progression, GMP exp) #HCL

Job scope:

. Carry out daily and critical production tasks following standard procedures

. Follow written instructions such as SOPs and batch records accurately

. Perform equipment monitoring and basic lab tests (e.g., pH, conductivity)

. Maintain accurate documentation in logbooks and electronic systems

. Apply aseptic techniques when handling products and materials (if required)

. Troubleshoot and resolve basic process-related issues

. Participate in training and competency assessments to improve skills

. Support process improvements by suggesting document updates

. Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety guidelines

Requirements:

. Degree in biotechnologist or related study

. Good communication and problem-solving skills

. Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

. Basic documentation and computer literacy

. Competent in aseptic techniques (where applicable)

. Willingness to learn and complete required training on time
