Biotechnologist | cGMP Manufacturing & Process Operations Specialist HDCE

Join a high-quality production team where you will support end-to-end cGMP manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production processes, and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine and non-routine manufacturing activities in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and electronic documentation systems.

• Perform cleanroom operations including equipment setup, cleaning, sterilisation, filtration, and material handling.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and electronic manufacturing systems while maintaining GMP compliance.

• Conduct production sampling, process checks, monitoring activities, and accurate recording of manufacturing data.

• Assist with troubleshooting, deviation investigations, corrective actions, and other activities to maintain efficient production operations.

• Support process transfer, validation, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and production documentation in line with regulatory and quality requirements.

• Contribute to workplace safety, quality standards, housekeeping, and audit readiness within the manufacturing facility.

• Share technical knowledge and provide operational support to team members where required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or other regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of cGMP, cleanroom practices, manufacturing systems, and production equipment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with rotating shifts and operational requirements.

• Able to adhere to cleanroom gowning procedures, safety standards, and manufacturing protocols.
