Biotech Technical Support Engineer-SG

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the company's products in the local market, and answering customer questions during product use;

2. Responsible for providing face-to-face technical consultation to customers, and assisting in product validation if needed;

3. Assist sales in expanding, establishing, and maintaining local markets, searching and tracking customers, and maintaining existing customers to achieve the sales target;

4. Provide product knowledge and technical training to sales personnel and customers;

5. Collect regional market information (international exhibitions, competitors, product information materials)

Job requirements:

1、Familiar with East‑Asia regional market; master degree or above, majors related to biology and medicine are preferred; more than 2 years of technical support experience is a plus.

2、Knowledge and hands‑on experience in molecular biology, gene expression, vector construction or transgenosis will be a plus.

3、Able to independently conduct seminars and workshops.

4、Fluent in spoken English, proficient in computers and daily office software.

5、Self‑motivated, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit; strong problem‑solving ability and resilience.

6、Willing to travel frequently and take charge of business & technical support across East‑Asia region.
