Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day facilities and infrastructure operations across the site.
  • Manage external service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational standards.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and operational continuity.
  • Lead the electrical maintenance team, including utility systems, building services, and life safety systems.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and quality management requirements.
  • Conduct facility audits and inspections, driving timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues.
  • Manage vendor performance, contract renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead root cause investigations for operational disruptions and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team to support business and operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing facilities, maintenance, or engineering operations within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building services, utilities, electrical systems, and fire protection infrastructure.
  • Experience leading maintenance teams and managing external contractors or service providers.
  • Familiarity with asset management, preventive maintenance, and CMMS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance platforms.
