Biomedical Engineer Assistant

Job Description & Requirements
The role supports commercial and clinical objectives by partnering closely with the sales team and healthcare stakeholders to ensure effective deployment, safe use, and optimal performance of medical devices. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, technical expertise, and a continuous focus on clinical value, regulatory compliance, and innovation to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting sales team to manage key accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional medical professionals to provide solutions that improve patient outcomes
• Ensure our products meet the highest safety and performance standards
• Participate in hospital processes and obtaining necessary approvals for medical devices trial
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use of our products
• Continuously exploring new trends and innovations in the medical device field

Minimum Qualification Level:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec holders
• Knowledge in Biomedical will be an added advantage
• No experience needed as training will be provided
• Strong in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Confident individual with Motivation and Compassion in delivering healthcare solutions
• Committed to individual and team goals
