Responsibilities
- Develop, set up, and maintain BIM models according to project requirements and execution plans. Manage model data, parameters, attributes, and ensure accuracy for interoperability. Facilitate model exchanges between ArchiCAD and other software platforms. Export models in IFC format as per project-specific requirements. Perform clash detection and support Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities. Coordinate BIM models with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Review and resolve coordination issues to maintain accuracy and constructability. Utilize BIM tools effectively to support project documentation and coordination. Ensure compliance of models and documentation with drafting standards and local regulations. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BIM, Architectural Technology, Building, or a related discipline. 3 to 5+ years of relevant BIM experience, preferably within an architectural consultancy or construction environment. Proficient in Graphisoft ArchiCAD modelling and documentation certification in Graphisoft ArchiCAD is an advantage. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and familiar with architectural drafting standards. Basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Solibri. Familiarity with local regulations and BIM standards. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with BIM models and data. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
