Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BIM e-submission drawings to authorities
  • Coordinate BIM drawings with Consultants and Contractors.
  • Perform correct BIM modelling practices for documentation and authority submission
  • Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Experience in BIM e-submission to authority
  • Experience in preparing construction drawings
