Multiple BIM Roles | Singapore, India
United Service Consultants Pte. Ltd. is expanding its BIM team across multiple project sites and regional offices. We're currently looking to fill the following roles:
BIM Manager — Singapore (on-site)
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management required.
- BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM certification required.
- 8+ years BIM experience (3+ in management) required; full project-duration commitment.
- Ability to lead BIM teams of 10–30 members, including subcontractor BIM teams.
- Lead end-to-end BIM delivery for the project, developing the BEP, managing model coordination and clash detection, overseeing version control and chairing ICE meetings.
- Proficient in BIM software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Enscape, Fuzor, Solibri.
- Proficient in BIM processes & standards: Model Federation, Information Delivery Planning, LOD/LOI Management, CDE Management, 4D Construction Sequencing, 5D QTO.
- Strong knowledge of CORENET X submission requirements, BCA/Singapore BIM Guidelines, IDD and digital submission workflows to authorities.
BIM Coordinator (Architectural/Structural) — Singapore (on-site)
- Minimum 6 years Revit experience in construction projects.
- Produce coordinated shop drawings and federated BIM models, coordinate Architectural, Structural with MEP and subcontractors, runs clash detection and manage as-built delivery.
- Produce shop drawings for structural and architectural components, including concrete body plans, wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, tiling, stair/lift core wall drawings and precast shop drawings.
- Familiarity with authority compliances, FSSD and BCA for compliance coordination checks.
- Ability to identify model/drawing discrepancies or missing information and escalate to the BIM Manager.
- Assist in preparation of BIM documentation such as RFIs, sheets, schedules, 3D presentations, reports, drawing lists and tracking lists.
- Capable of extracting key data from the model for quantity take-off, logistics and Green Mark requirements.
BIM Coordinator (MEP) — Singapore (on-site)
- Minimum 6 years Revit experience in MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction codes and regulations
- Experience in large-scale commercial to infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Manage MEP, Fire Protection and ELV BIM models, prepare Combined Services Drawings (CSD), lead MEP clash detection and coordination with subcontractors and supports plant room/ceiling/riser planning.
- Ability to identify model/drawing discrepancies or missing information and escalate to the BIM Manager.
- Assist in preparation of BIM documentation such as RFIs, sheets, schedules, 3D presentations, reports, drawing lists and tracking lists.
BIM Coordinator (Architectural/Structural) — India
- Minimum 6 years Revit experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Produce shop drawings and coordination models for structural/architectural components, support quantity take-off and liaise with on-site coordinators on drawing follow-up.
- Produce shop drawing documentation including concrete body plans, wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, tiling, stair/lift core wall drawings, precast shop drawings and ID elevation drawings, including sheeting, annotation and 3D rendered views in Revit and Enscape.
- Assist BIM documentation such as RFIs, sheets, schedules, 3D presentations, reports, drawing lists and tracking lists.
- Assist in modelling during coordination prior to shop drawing production.
- Capable of extracting key data from the model for quantity take-off, logistics.
BIM Coordinator (Tender) — Singapore
- Experience in tender/pre-construction projects preferred.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial or mixed-use development projects.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight tender submission deadlines, including willingness to work overtime when required.
- Able to respond quickly to design changes, tender clarifications and urgent requests.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision, with good teamwork and adaptability in a deadline-driven environment
- Build and update 3D BIM models from tender drawings and EIR, extract quantities for cost estimation, and prepare BIM deliverables for tender submission.
- Generate 3D visualizations and construction sequence simulations using Fuzor for tender presentations.
BIM Coordinator (Tender) — India
- 2 years of dedicated BIM modelling experience.
- Experience in tender/pre-construction projects preferred.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial or mixed-use development projects.
- Build and update 3D BIM models from tender drawings and EIR, extract quantities for cost estimation, and prepare BIM deliverables for tender submission.
- Generate 3D visualizations and construction sequence simulations for tender presentations.
Common Requirements Across Roles
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC (Enscape/Fuzor depending on role)
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination workflows
- Familiarity with Singapore BCA BIM requirements / CORENET X (advantageous for tender and on-site roles)
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working to project deadlines.
- Good English communication skills.
