BIM MODELLER

We are looking for BIM Modeller proficient in MEP trade.
Job Description:
Project Stage:
- Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.
- Preparation of models for coordination and Shop drawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule
- Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualization aids
- Ensure the integrity/quality of the models, eg. Models to be clear of clashes
- Create Still images rendering for the presentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Structure/ Construction Management related
- At least 1 year of BIM experience
- Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
- Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ACC Collab and Revit modelling
