Job Responsibilities
. Prepare structural calculations, design drawings, BIM models, and technical reports for civil and structural engineering projects.
. Assist in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of building and infrastructure projects.
. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
. Review and check engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
. Assist in authority submissions and obtain the necessary approvals.
. Resolve technical and construction-related issues during project execution.
. Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore codes, regulations, and industry standards.
. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Requirements
. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
. 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering projects.
. Familiarity with Singapore codes, regulations, and engineering practices will be an advantage.
. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications.
. Knowledge of structural analysis software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent will be an advantage.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in building, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
. Knowledge of authority submissions and project coordination.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
. Demonstrated commitment, reliability, and sustained contributions in previous employment.
. Candidates with a consistent employment history and strong commitment to long-term career development will be preferred.
