Job Description

  • BIM modelling for architectural/structural & M & E discipline.

2, Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow.

  • Prepare design/proposal drawings to specifications set by requirements.
  • Prepare construction drawings and as-built drawing.
  • Prepare clash detection for services and other discipline architect/structure & M & E.
  • Ensure drawings are being controlled and transmitted.
  • Work out on material take-offs from all engineering drawing.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software is an added advantage
  • Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management and/or building with min 2 years experience with construction companies.
