BIM modeller

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD/ Revit/ Navisworks.
• Understand Singapore Standard Code Requirements for Fire Protection Systems.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Work under pressure and able to meet submission deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as a ood team player.
• Prepare Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings for Submissions.

Responsibilities

• BIM modeling.
• Clash detection.
• Generate schedules.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other relevant drawings from BIM models.
• Prepare monthly drawings/ BIM model progress reports.
• Other related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
