BIM modeller / Senior (M&E / MEP)

• Independently develop detailed MEP models and construction drawings using Revit.
• Produce coordinated plans, sections, details, plant room layouts, and installation drawings.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary information for model development.
• Manage service routing and spatial requirements within assigned project areas.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Identify modelling discrepancies and resolve technical drawing issues with engineers.
• Perform detailed model checks to minimise clashes and installation conflicts.
• Incorporate design changes and ensure models remain aligned with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and review work produced by junior modellers.
• Support BIM coordination meetings, site activities, and project delivery requirements.
